Apartment ° 74 is located in one of the most prestigious areas of Cabo Roig, the apartment is located on the 2nd floor. Below you will find some important details regarding this apartment. You will also find the prices at the bottom for the desired dates. 12 kWh is included in the price for each day. APARTMENT FACILITIES
Living room with dining & sitting area
The seat in the living room can be converted into a single bed. Sitting area with TV on which subscription is active, with almost all European channels available. There is also the option of connecting a Google Chromecast / Apple TV (bring your own).
Kitchen with all comforts
Frigo, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, vitro ceramic hob, oven, boiler, blender, grill, toaster, electric water heater, cooking pots, glasses and kitchen towels are all present. In addition, there is also a washing machine and dryer in the apartment.

1 bedroom with a double bed. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. The seat in the living room can be converted into a single bed.

The apartment is located right by the sea and the beach, yet is 300m from all the stores and the famous strip.

Bars, restaurants, shops, department stores, pharmacies, hospital can be found within walking distance. The famous shopping center "Zenia Boulevard" is 2 km away. (Largest Europe) Orihuela Costa is also a golfers paradise. At only 4 km drive you will find 5 golf resorts.
RENT RATES
Single days less than 1 week
Included in reservation price: Prices include linen, water & electricity, wifi and TV-Vlaanderen. In case of excessive consumption (> 20 kWh / day), this will be settled via the deposit at € 0.30 / kWh.
Deposit: A deposit of € 300 is charged. Refund within 8 days after inspection of the key keeper. Any damage or defects will be settled.
Duration of stay: Free to choose, depending on availability. Long-term rental possible at special rates. Please contact us for this via our contact form, e-mail or telephone. You will then receive a non-binding quotation.
Cleaning: The apartment will be cleaned for you upon departure. The costs for final cleaning are € 100 and must be paid at the time of booking. We request that you leave the accommodation tidy: do not leave dishes, food in the refrigerator, full bins, garbage bags and the like.
• Deposit: € 300, to be paid upon reservation
• Advance payment of 50% upon reservation, to be paid within 5 days. Payment in full is also possible.
• Balance: to be paid 1 month before arrival
• Pets not allowed, but possible on request
• Smoking is not allowed inside!
• Subletting is strictly prohibited!
You can make a reservation request by telephone, in writing or by e-mail. You can also easily make a reservation via the “Book now” button at the bottom of this text.
If the apartment is free for the desired period, you will receive a confirmation by email.
As soon as we have received the advance within 3 days, the reservation is final.
If it has not been paid, we can cancel the reservation
Must be confirmed to us by phone or e-mail, stating the reservation confirmation, after which we will send a cancellation confirmation:
– If cancelled up to 45 days before the start of your vacation, you have the option to cancel virtually in full, subject to the cost of 1 night as an administration fee.
– Up to 30 days before the start of your vacation, you can rebook your vacation completely free of charge to another period (subject to availability in that period + possible accommodation price adjustment if higher season).
– Between 30 days and 15 days before the start of your vacation and full cancellation is required, 50% of the total rent will be charged.
– In case of cancellation within 15 days before the start of the rental period, the full invoiced amount is due and also no rebooking is possible (unless we allow exception due to circumstances = to be discussed).
